Humans walk and jog to stay in shape, increase endurance, and improve physical health. Trotting your dog has the same benefits for them and also lengthens the spine and strengthening core muscles. A balanced trot should be a rhythm where your dog’s diagonally opposite legs move together. There should only be two feet on the ground at a time. Cardio should be performed 3 times a week and can be done BEFORE your stretching routine!
